Planning of the first meeting of the TREE Project: Objectives, Budget and Quality Assurance

It was agreed that during the first online meeting there will be a first face-to-face meeting between the partners in Spain, at the Newproject headquarters. It is expected that after an initial reception, the aims, specific objectives and areas of intervention, Targets, activities and expected results of the TREE Project will be illustrated. Within the team, as mentioned, three agencies take part: AdIM, Newproject and Zeus Consulting. In addition, each participant will have to bring his own presentation of these ideas, purposes, then debate with the others. It will also be necessary to discuss the distribution of the budget they have, the general rules for reporting the national agencies of the three countries and the creation of a timesheet. Again, Newproject will show its idea about the creation of the manual on best practices, illustrating its idea on the desk research to be carried out, on the recipients of this, on what are the contents and on any workshops to be included. Finally, we will then discuss the format that the manual should take, which then takes the configuration of a summary of the research. The manual will then take a very important place in the discussions that will also take place in subsequent face-to-face meetings, since its use is an important objective of the project. We will also talk about objectives, timing and tools (methods) for internal communication and external dissemination, after which we will share the graphic proposals for the project logo to be included in the website. previously formulated by the teams. It is also expected that there will also be experts and who will speak on issues related to sustainability and green skills.

Another point on which it was planned to discuss is that relating to the Quality Assurance Plan (QA), which AdIM has sent. The contributions of the other two partners will therefore be considered to integrate them into the draft plan, which will also include questionnaires about the quality of cooperation and satisfaction between the partners monitored over time. A final point to be discussed will be the question of the indicators to be used to monitor the quality and effectiveness of the activities and the results achieved from it.
