“Tree – Training and Resources to Enable a Green Era” Monitoring Meeting, 08.11.24.

The Erasmus+ Project “Tree – Training and Resources to Enable a Green Era” is progressing towards the final stage of development and distribution of its training materials. During the monitoring meeting held on November 8, 2024, project partners discussed their progress, with particular focus on preparing multiplier events and finalizing the educational content. Partners are getting ready to present the training course and the Best Practices Handbook, and the next steps were outlined for completing the materials required for reporting and launching the training course.

Erasmus+ Project “Tree” Monitoring Meeting (08/11/2024): Progress and Next Steps

On November 8, 2024, a monitoring meeting was held with the partners of the Erasmus+ project “Tree – Training and Resources to Enable a Green Era.” During the meeting, the progress made on the development of training materials, the preparation of multiplier events, and upcoming deadlines were discussed, with the aim of ensuring all activities are completed on time and according to the agreed standards.

1. Best Practices Handbook: Updates and Integration

A central topic of the meeting was the Best Practices Handbook, a key deliverable for the project. The review of the handbook, particularly the integration of content from the AiNP partner, was discussed. This integration is considered crucial, as the handbook is intended to be one of the main outputs to be presented during the upcoming multiplier events scheduled for the end of November.

2. TREE Training Course: Progress on Educational Materials

Another important point was the TREE Training Course. The meeting provided an update on the progress of drafting the training modules, an activity that involves all partners. AdIM has already completed drafting its modules and is now working on creating an improved version using artificial intelligence. Each module includes an assessment test with 5 questions, each worth 2 points. All partners are invited to test the modules, complete the corresponding tests, and send them to AdIM for final review. Zeus has nearly completed its module drafts and expects to finish the work by the end of next week. The project content will be implemented using tools such as Canva and Twine.

All partners are encouraged to visit the AdIM platform to align with the materials already produced and to upload their own modules. It is important that each module is available both in English and in the native language of each partner to facilitate translation and accessibility for an international audience.

3. Organizing the Multiplier Events

One of the most significant aspects discussed during the meeting was the organization of the multiplier events. Each partner is responsible for organizing an in-person event by the end of November. The events are aimed at disseminating the project’s results by presenting the Best Practices Handbook and the TREE Training Course, as well as engaging participants in practical activities.

Objectives of the Multiplier Events:

  • Introduction to the project and presentation of the first output (Best Practices Handbook).
  • Introduction to the training course, including a demo of the platform.
  • Invitation for participants to register on the platform and test the training materials.
  • Completion of an evaluation questionnaire at the end of the event.

Each partner is required to follow a similar format for all events, with a standardized agenda that includes a brief introduction to the project, the presentation of the training course, and demonstration activities. Additionally, a set of documents must be collected for reporting purposes, including the event agenda, a consent form for image release, the presentations, and the evaluation questionnaire.

Required Documents:

  • Event agenda (format provided by AdIM).
  • Consent form for image release.
  • Materials used during the event.
  • Evaluation questionnaire (format provided by AdIM).

All materials used during the events must be uploaded to the Google Drive folders created for each partner.

4. Next Steps and Updates

In December, a follow-up meeting will be held to review the results of the multiplier events and make further progress on the training course. Specifically, the tasks related to scenario situations will be defined, an activity that must be completed by January and implemented by Zeus by February.

Additionally, each partner is required to submit a detailed progress report to AdIM, including all information and materials related to the activities carried out so far. This report will be used to update the project documentation and ensure that all activities are properly archived.

In conclusion, the monitoring meeting provided a clear overview of the progress made so far and the next steps to be taken. As the multiplier events approach, partners are preparing to disseminate the project’s results and engage a wider audience in learning and using the developed training resources.
